Droned/ Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems/ Unmanned Aerial vehicles must be registered. The application form National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission when completed must be sent to ntrc@ntrc.vc.  When it is approved the NTRC form must be sent along with the second form. 

The second form  Drone/Remotely Piloted Aircraft System/ Unmanned  Aerial vehicles must be completed and sent to civilaviationsvg@gmail.com.
